T-Rex Dinosaur

A few months ago, I was perusing the Dollar Tree and this Puzzlebug puzzle titled T-Rex Dinosaur caught my attention because of the colors!


I purchased it and was planning to assemble it over a couple of nights, but I was enjoying the process and with only 100 pieces and a small size (8 3/4" x 11 1/4"), finished it the same evening.  I covered the top with Elmer's glue (saw this tip in a video) and placed under some heavy items to ensure it dried flat.  Once dried, I adhered it (used Aleene's original tacky glue) to a piece of black chipboard I cut approximately 1/4" bigger than the puzzle.  The puzzle has rounded corners, so I used the corner chomper tool to round the chipboard edges to match.  A simple way to finish and display on an easel.

Bouquet of Colorful Flowers

It's March and almost the Spring season when flowers will bloom!  I thought it was the perfect time to complete this puzzle called Bouquet of Colorful Flowers. It's 350 pieces and measures 20" x 12" (51 cm x 30 cm).  It's a beautiful photo and so uplifting with all the colors!  I enjoyed putting it together!
